Faebea is a beauty tech brand dedicated to integrating cutting-edge materials science with ergonomics, redefining how beauty is worn.

Our team is a diverse group of professionals—materials scientists, ergonomic designers, and beauty industry veterans—united by a shared drive to fix the everyday frustrations of traditional beauty products. For our founder, that drive began with a vivid memory: at his sister's wedding, he watched her rush to adjust the ceremony timeline after a salon lash treatment left her eyelids swollen and irritated from glue. "Why does looking good have to hurt? " He wondered. That question became the spark for Faebea.

Our mission is to shatter the limitations of traditional beauty, enabling everyone to express themselves through the most comfortable and healthy means.

This mission hits close to home for our team. One of our lead engineers, for instance, often joked about how his girlfriend would "disappear" for hours to get lash extensions—only to come back frustrated, either from the tedious process or irritation from the adhesive. "There has to be a better way," he'd say in team meetings. That "better way" became our obsession: we spent 18 months testing 53 adhesive-free prototypes, ditching formulas that caused even mild redness in 10% of testers, and refining magnetic strength until the lashes stayed put through gym workouts and rainy commutes.

This belief shapes how we listen to users. Unlike brands that dictate "ideal styles", we host quarterly focus groups with people from all walks of life: a barista who needs lashes that survive steam from coffee machines, a student juggling morning classes and part-time jobs, a retiree who wants something "subtle but noticeable." One participant, a theater actor, mentioned how stage makeup often clashed with traditional falsies—so we developed a heat-resistant magnetic strip now used by 300+ performers. Beauty, to us, is asking: “What do you struggle with?” then building the answer.
