Damage and Problem Resolution
- Please check the goods immediately after signing for them;
- If there are any quality defects (such as damaged seals or spoiled products), please contact us within 24 hours. We can replace the same product for you.

Non-returnable Items
- Products not shipped by Faebea;

- Perishable items, customized products, hazardous chemicals;
- Promotional items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Process
- After we receive the returned items and confirm their acceptance, we will refund the money using the original payment method;

- The delivery information was incorrect. The item label was generated based on the shipment information submitted by the customer;
- If the package was rejected or returned, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
